1. Confirmation - a booking is confirmed
on receipt of a completed booking form and payment
of the appropriate deposit.
2. Payment - the balance of payment is due 8
weeks before the start of the holiday or at the
time of booking if later.
3. Cancellation - should be in writing as soon
as possible. If re-let at the same rate then a
refund will be made, subject to a deduction of
£25 to cover costs. In other circumstances
a proportionate refund will be made.
4. Date changes - should you need to change the
date of your holiday, let us know at the earliest
opportunity and we will do our best to accommodate
you.
5. Arrival - the house will be available from
4.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests should advise
their travel arrangements and arrival time so
that the property agent is on hand to welcome
them.
6. Departure - the house should be vacated by
10.00am on the day of departure and arrangements
made with the agent on arrival.
7. Numbers - the number of guests should be notified
at the time of booking and unless specifically
agreed, is limited to six.
8. Included - bed linen, towels, electricity,
logs.
9. Exclusions - smoking, pets.
10. Force majeure - if the house is not available
for let for reasons of fire, storm damage or whatever,
liability is limited to the monies paid which
will be refunded in full
